7 Nights Stay
I booked two separate rooms, one for my brother Dionisio and his family, and one for me and my family. We’ve been asked for two separate reviews from Booking.com. This is my brother’s review: I don’t normally leave reviews, but after a wonderful stay with such kind employees at this location, I felt that I needed to leave one. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and when we go back to Niagara Falls, we’ll surely book here again. The room was clean, the hotel’s distance from the attractions was great, and I felt very safe walking from the hotel to Niagara Falls. I want to thank you all for making my time there as stress-free as possible. :)

Overall, the room was nice and spacious. I liked that it had a small refrigerator and microwave, and the bed was comfortable. It was a bit of a walk to/from some of the main attractions, but more convenient for driving to/from Toronto, the Rainbow Bridge, and other locations further out due to its proximity to the major roads. The price had obviously been jacked up at least double because of the eclipse but was lower than what a lot of other places in the area were charging and included free parking, which was a plus. The breakfast included was sparse, but I was warned about it. Staff were pleasant.

When you walk in at the front desk You had lovely couple who runs it very nice people l and another lovely lady not sure if it was there daugther they were every helpful on my needs because we had 9 people the family room suites where beautiful and beds was comfortable … we also seen that for the summer time there was a lot of kids to play together and they had a pool If you want to make memories with your kids doesn’t matter what the rating is the location is 7 mins walking down to Clifton hill you are near everything I would totally come back to this place.

When we first arrived we weren't sure what to expect, based on appearances and first impressions. But the location was excellent for people with kids, since it is a quick walk to Clifton Hill, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, giving extra towels and suggesting good value places to eat. Since all the value rooms at the more fancy hotels were booked, we took a chance on this place, and were happy we did. Older buildings, but both the location and great staff were its main selling points. I'd go here again, and recommend it for people on a budget.

The check in process was easy and quick. Parking area is well lit, convenience factor is high because you can unload from your vehicle right to your door, and the parking is free. The room was large, with a small closet, desk, cupboard, mini fridge, microwave, etc. We found the beds to be comfortable, quite soft. We asked for extra pillows and our request was fulfilled. We also asked for permission to leave our vehicle parked in the front lot for a few hours after we checked out and that request was fulfilled too, so on the whole very accommodating.
